Information We Collect
We collect two types of information:
Information you provide: When you use our AI property advisor tool, you answer questions about your citizenship status, household situation, income range, savings range, and property goals. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.
Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Cookies

Data Retention
The answers you provide to our 8-question advisor tool are used solely to generate your report in that session. We do not store your questionnaire answers on our servers. Each session is independent.

- Anthropic: Our AI advisory reports are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Your questionnaire answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com.
- Google Analytics: Website analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
- Google AdSense: Advertisement serving. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
- Vercel: Website hosting. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
